Togepi!! 
I drew one a long time ago, but I just.. really wasn't happy with it, plus I drew it far to small so it was hard to recolor and such sooo.. new one <3 I really love how this little guy came out.
It took a few hours, with some hlp from my mightly Micon markers and Photoshop Elements. Comments loved as always ^ ^
